1. Service Agreement

By engaging Clarity of View Photography LLC ("Company"), you agree to these terms and conditions. Our photography services are provided subject to these terms, payment of agreed fees, and availability.

2. Photography Services

We provide professional photography services including but not limited to corporate photography, product photography, brand development, and commercial shoots. All services are customized based on client requirements and agreed project scope.

3. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to secure booking. Remaining balance is due within 30 days of delivery. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

Company retains copyright to all images. Client receives usage rights as specified in the project agreement. Additional usage rights are available for purchase. Images may not be altered without permission.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 48 hours before scheduled shoot: Full refund minus 10% processing fee. Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund. Same-day cancellations: No refund.

6. Liability

Company's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We maintain professional liability insurance. Client is responsible for any damages to equipment caused by their actions or negligence.

7. Force Majeure

Company is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control including weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
